The CanPak Association of Hamilton is a vibrant and forward-thinking organization with a strong focus on fostering a more unified and inclusive community. Our core values center around promoting multiculturalism, encouraging community involvement, and enhancing social empowerment. Our primary mission encompasses a range of initiatives, including providing assistance to seniors, contributing to the Food Bank, organizing and advocating for multicultural events, empowering women, and fostering connections among individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Her extensive professional journey includes roles such as a Braille Transcriber/Educational Assistant at HWDSB, a Language Instructor (Urdu/Arabic) at HWCDSB, and a Braille Transcriber & Sign Language Interpreter at Ida Rieu School for Deaf and Blind in Karachi, Pakistan. She has taught as an Elementary Teacher at Mehran School and a Private School Teacher at Federal Grammar in Karachi, Pakistan.

Shahnaz's dedication to the community is evident through her voluntary roles, including Director and President of CanPak Association of Hamilton, advisory board member for Canada Professionals Association of Chamber of Trade, and chair of the Event Planning Committee and Women’s Coordinator at Pakistan Business Association. She also contributes to organizations like Pakistan Society Canada, MAH (Muslim Association of Hamilton), and more.

Her impressive list of certificates and degrees includes a Realtor License (Ontario Real Estate Board), a Bachelor of Arts from Karachi University in Pakistan, and various qualifications related to special needs education, Braille, sign language, and conflict resolution.

Shahnaz has received numerous awards for her outstanding contributions, including Entrepreneur of the Year, Women Empowerment, and Community Engagement awards. She is known for her passion for enriching art and culture in the multicultural community of Ontario.

In her spare time, Shahnaz enjoys a range of hobbies, from Brailling and traveling to cooking and social networking. She embodies qualities of sophistication, humility, artistry, and zeal in her diverse endeavors.

Shahnaz Tehseen's remarkable journey and commitment to education, community, and entrepreneurship make her a prominent figure in her field.

Zahid Butt is the President of ONDP Hamilton East Stoney Creek riding and is a distinguished community leader. He is the Founder Director and President of the Pakistan Business Association of Hamilton (PBA) and also serves as the Founder Director and Chair of CanPak Association of Hamilton. In recognition of his outstanding contributions, Zahid Butt was honored with the Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee Award in 2012 for his role as a dedicated community activist.
